Tea and Sword are Elements

In S03E04 of Avatar, our boomerang guy became a swordsman.
I don't consider sword a weapon. You can see that Katara's bending was weakened when angry, but strengthened when calm or determined, and Zuko's fire was extremely hot when in anger. Water and fire are not weapons, but ways to talk to and feel Nature.
Born a nonbender, Sokka seems to be lacking "the something." But in this episode, we see the sword moving fluidly in the air, like the something he looked for all the time. The art of sword, similar to the art of bending, inspires the user of the way of the universe - balance, harmony, change, and many more.
Tea has always been a crucial part of Iroh's life. We see him criticizing his nephew for the "hot leaf juice," showing his emotions over spilt tea, and introducing this magical element to everyone he meets, including a strange girl and a mugger.
Tea calms the human body and soul, which is like a small-scale universe. Flowing tea leaves in the cup are like stars, forests, and even us; the circling water resembles the rotating Heaven; when the fragrance enters, the universe and human becomes one. It enlightens us that everything is connected.
